Our mission
Menus change constantly. Breakfast is different from lunch which is different from dinner. Happy hour occurs on certain days and hours. Your location downtown holds different inventory than your place uptown and needs the ability to adjust its item availability on the fly.
We started Menu Tools because keeping every screen, board, and table card in sync shouldn't take a marker, a reprint, or a high monthly charge. Edit from your laptop or phone. Your TV displays and QR menus update on their own. All for a reasonable price.
We keep it venue-agnostic on purpose. The same tool that runs a tap list with ABV and serve types also runs a wine list by the glass, a coffee board, a deli's price board, or a full restaurant menu. It handles one location or many.
Who's behind it
Menu Tools is made by Beertender, founded by Kenneth Trease and Chris Veal. We build practical tools for hospitality. We use them ourselves.
